ScoutZone — Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing or using ScoutZone you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-commercial license to use the app for your own information and entertainment. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute data feeds except as permitted by mandatory law.

2. Data scope & sources

Football data covers selected national leagues and international competitions as described in the app. Coverage may change without notice. Statistics, fixtures, logos and images come from third-party providers including API-Football / API-Sports. We do not claim ownership of underlying league, club or player rights.

3. Subscriptions

Optional paid memberships (ScoutZone Pro, ScoutZone Premium) are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions with monthly and/or yearly billing periods.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (App Store account settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Subscriptions are processed through Apple StoreKit; we do not use RevenueCat.

4. Automatic renewal

By purchasing, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID according to the selected plan. At the end of each term the subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless you disable auto-renewal or cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing renewal in your App Store settings. We are not responsible for charges you fail to prevent through Apple's controls.

5. Refunds

All payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are managed by Apple through the App Store. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly. Request refunds via Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com or App Store support). Apple's refund decisions are final as between you and Apple. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law are not limited.

6. Liability & disclaimers

The app and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• All football data, statistics, scores and outputs are for general information only.
• We give no guarantee that any player will be transferred, signed, selected or achieve any sporting or commercial outcome.
• AI evaluations and scores are for information only and are not professional transfer, scouting, investment, legal, financial or betting advice.
• You use the app entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on data, AI outputs or third-party content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) subscription fees paid in the prior 12 months or (b) €50, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory law.

7. Image & logo rights

Team logos and player photos belong to their respective rights holders. Removal requests: info@rotbim.com.

8. User content & conduct

Zero tolerance for objectionable, unlawful or abusive content. We may remove content and suspend accounts. Use in-app block and report tools.

9. Termination

Delete your account anytime (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend access for violations.

ScoutZone'u kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz.

1. Lisans

Kişisel, sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, ticari olmayan kullanım lisansı. Veri akışlarını kopyalama, yeniden satma veya kazıma yasaktır (zorunlu kanun hariç).

2. Veri kapsamı

Seçili ligler ve turnuvalar; API-Football / API-Sports kaynaklı veriler. Kapsam değişebilir.

3. Abonelikler

• Aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelikler.
• Ödeme Apple ID hesabınıza yansır.
• İstediğiniz zaman iptal — Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler.
• Abonelikler App Store üzerinden yönetilir; RevenueCat kullanılmaz.

4. Otomatik yenileme

Dönem sonunda abonelik, iptal etmediğiniz sürece otomatik yenilenir. Yönetim sizin App Store ayarlarınızdadır.

5. İade

İadeler Apple tarafından yönetilir. Biz doğrudan App Store iadesi veremeyiz. reportaproblem.apple.com

6. Sorumluluk

• Veriler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; transfer kararı garantisi verilmez.
• AI değerlendirmeleri ve skorlar yalnızca bilgi amaçlıdır; profesyonel transfer veya yatırım tavsiyesi değildir.
• Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; yasal izin verilen ölçüde sorumluluk sınırlıdır.
